Thread: WTF Pagerank just dropped?

Just noticed a drop of WTF's pr to PR3

Anybody else noticing it?

Yep, not concerned about PR however.

Hmm, PR isn't the thing to worry, also the alexa is increasing day by day (which is good) and we have more members joining

Its not only webtalkforums, other webmaster forums like namepros and v7n.com had their pageranks dropped.

v7n.com homepage used to be PR6 --> PR5
namepros.com homepage used to be PR7 --> PR5

Although Im not bothered about Google PageRank. I still think they Suck. One of mine went from a PR3 to PR1 Damn you Google!!

Yes its a weird setup, one of my sites that I havent worked on for around 3 months, went from 0 to 2, and no one goes there.

I agree with you Rhiannon, the PR will go up next upgrade.

WebTalkForums is still a great forum of which has active staff AND members.

Most people already know about it, not gunna kill the forum cuz we have a drop of PR4 to PR3.

Even DP's PR dropped to PR6 from PR7

Of course. Thats what its all about. My ambition would be to run a forum as big as DP. And im sure I would do a better job too. I would take all the best mods from other forums and put them all together to make one super forum with decent Mods. I only know of two decent mods out of all of them on DP.

OK, are you competing it with a1webforums ?

Maybe it is just change for changes sake otherwise i cannot see any logic to it why reduce the pagerank of an established and busy forum?

One of my local forum got a PR0. I did heard some news about Google being less friendly for VB SEO @ VBforum.
