Index Score

Hi Guys/Gals

Does anyone know what the google index score is used for and what it means?

Google Index to the best of my knowledge “Google Index is the process of storing information that is collected from different blogs and websites in Google’s database”. This may not be the exact definition but idea behind the scene is the same.

yeah..there is no such thing like google index score to my knowledge. however, what evans47 describes is the ideal definition of google index..

That's it, i just looked into it and in fact it is actually the site: command for google its just telling you how many pages are indexed. i didn't work this out before because the tools give an estimate not the correct amount so i thought it was something else. Kinda useless info but at least i know thanks for you help buddy.
