    Default PR on External Pages

This could be old news, but I couldn't see it being discussed here.

I've seen PR been introduced on to internal pages that have been PR0 for sometime. The pages that have PR0 are around six months old, and anything newer hasn't yet got any PR.

    Has anyone else noticed this?

I wouldn't usually bother about PR, but I have some pages which I am looking for advertisers on and the fact that the pages are now PR5, means I can tempt more companies ot advertise.

Get some deeplinks into those pages, from blogs and directories and use keywords related to what the page is about. It doesn´t only help with PR, but it also recognizes it for keywords you want to sell some advertising for.

I wish I had that problem. I haven't seen that much on my sites, atleast not to that extent of PR5!

one of my site have internal pages ranging from PR1-PR3 but the main page is PR0, even the last PR update. As i've notice as the last pr update, the one getting traffic most gets the high PR page

I saw several internal pages and sub folders get PR in this update. I gained a lot in the PR aspect in that regard, but my home page of one site went from a 5 to a 4.

In the big picture, I think we did good though.

    Good news Darren.

At first, I was thinking that Google was going to pass me over. Everyone was seeing changes but I wasn't.

I finally got PR for my newest sites last night.
