Thread: Google PR Updating

I think google is updating PR because one of my site lost PR from PR3 to PR0

Did you see any changes on your site's PR?

mine have not changed so far

Currently my site is still at a PR4, no increase or drop.

I have noticed though that google webmaster tools has made some slight changes in appearance. Also they updated some of my backlinks, also they updated the list of search queries I am showing up for on their listings.

Not sure if this has anything to do with PR, but I am anxious to see soon, because it is rumored that a new PR update will occur soon.

I am also interesting in this topic, but I think that it's the right place for discussing it.

I don't even bother looking at PR now, it's such a baseless (and worthless) value.

So has the next PR update occured yet or not?

It is supposed to be sometime this month or next, does anyone know?

After every three months Google updates the PR .Well mid of the last month was the PR updation time.Google gives slight changes in PR.

Yes, Google has started to update pr.because my one site increase 1 position. and other is still pending.let's hope to increase for our site.

hmm, I haven't seen an increase in PR for my sites since March or April..

I haven't seen a major update in the last 2-3 months. Any idea when it will be?

from last 4 month i m waiting for pr updation

I think Google updates the PR after every 3 months or so ..n the reason of drop in your site PR could be the removal of backlinks from high PR sites that you were getting in old time but now they are not there.

I also noticed that the PR of a Web site is re-calculated approximately every 3 months. As for the reasons for it to decrease, PR of one of Web sites dropped from 3 to 0 upon embedding an affiliate subsystem into it. I guess this was because it got a lot of contents that was already present on Web sites of other affiliates and Google doesn't like it.

I also dont bother myself checking my PR. For me it's a bit worthless. I've been focusing on my Keyword Rankings.
