I have some questions about page rank. Does page rank have an effect in Google’s algorithm? I heard someone say that page rank nowadays is unrelated to the number of visitors that you get. Is this true? I have already seen a number of forums and websites that are making a lot of money even if they have bad PR. Does this mean that PR is totally immaterial? What do I need to do in order to get a really good page rank? Is there anyone who can help me in answering all my questions? Please share all of your experiences. I am expecting to hear from all of you. Thanks a lot.

Page rank still matters and the profits of the site don't depend on the page rank. Page ranks shows mostly your status.

PR means pagerank.It distribute by Google.Pagerank helps us to show what is the importance of that page in Google.But I think in business PR has no role.If you want to grow in business then you need good SE ranking.So I think if we ll do work to get high tank and ll get keyword on top ranking then visitor ll increase and ll get some grow in business.

Page rank average has any relevancy to your site, my site or any one else's. What matters most is where your PR places you in the SERP. Some sites with lower page ranks fare better than some with higher Pr in the SERP. So I guess it's a question of doing one's home work, and give good quality content, good back linking (PR), and a regularly updated website, target the right keywords.

It's true that pagerank has nothing to do with number of visitors in a site.
