Google brought a great algorithm and a strong concept of PR in the search engine industry.
Earlier, getting listed in search eninges was much easier and webmasters were literally guiding and luring spiders into wherever they wanted them to go.
Google changed all this with much rational concept and algorithm.
With time people have started understanding the logic though they still are far from uncoding the algorithm.
Webmasters have went on a spree with link purchases and related, to rather make PR concept questionable now. PR concept counted inlinks as a vote of confidence from a site but now with money buying you links, getting PR has rather eased out.
Does link purchase and similar tactic compromise PR concept of Google?
Is there any use of PR, if people can buy links and achieve good PR?
