Thats awful! Paypal will hopefully get you straightened out, sadly it always seems to take them atleast a month to give you the money back though from my past experience, but hopefully this will be different.

No I won't think it is funny, because I'm not a warez terminator. Look I know it sucks to have your money taken, and I feel for you, but it's like when Microsoft says Vista is unhackable only to have hackers break into it.
