Well, I have a free personal PayPal account. I am just pondering whether my account will be charged if I received payment from a mass paying PayPal site. Or is it the concerned site will be charged for making a mass payment payout?

That's why it's very important to read existing "Agreements" and/or "Policies" .. payment policies should be found somewhere around those terms.
I think you will be charged

Charged if you RECEIVE?
I didn't know you could be billed if you get money.
I thought you could only be billed if you send....
I could be wrong though.

Money received from paypal balance: no charge
Money received from credit card: .30 + 5% charge
mass payout ..... I guess not allowed in personal account .... however still cross check it.
you will be charged around 30 cents + 5% total amount
If you get charged you should dump them. There are too many providers available to put up with things like that.
NO,PAYPAL DOESN'T CHARGE FOR THAT I GET A 100 DAILY AND STILL NO INTERESTS RATES OF ANY THERE IS TRANSACTION FEES FOR WHEN SOME ONE SENDS YOU MONEY
The best thing to do when you are unsure about the policies of a website especially Paypal is to contact them directly about your question, they can give you the best answer![]()
I don't think they charge you to recieve mass payments but they do charge the sender.

It depends on the website where you are receiving payments from. I have a few websites that I receive mass payments from such as posting sites. However, I have another site which pays points which you can cash in for paypal and they do not absorb the fees so you would have to pay. It is best to check with the website you are using.
I received money nearly 8 times through mass pay but was not cahrged but when i receive money ordinarily i was charged the commission fees.
Yes they are charging some fees now in personal accounts but not that much compared to when your using premier/business account
You get charged for everything on paypal!
i think paypal give littel limited to free after that thy charge some fess
You don't get charged if you receive hundreds of payments to your paypal account.
You are just limited in total amount received.
I also think they have a limit on the amount of transactions they allow you before charging. But you should check on the Paypal website - they have all the info there - best source.
Well, as far as I know, you will not get pay a fee when you receive amounts done by Mass Pay.
The sender will pay the fee on Paypal.

Yes. You get charged !
paypal never charge any free personal paypal account, but this type of account has its limits, maximum transaction is less than US$500 (in total).
to remove its limits, you should upgrade your account to premier or business account type.
when your account become premier or business, your limits will be removed, and you will also get charged for the next transactions you made.
