Default Can we "Receive" payments from Google Checkout?

I am reading their site http://www.google.com/checkout but all I found is that with Google checkout we can buy from online stores, but we can't receive payments from others as we do with paypal.

But I saw a guy on other forum where he said he can take payments from Paypal and Google checkout... how is that possible?

Can we receive payments too with Google checkout?

Yes, you can recieve payments. If you are paying someone with google payments, then someone is getting paid.

You can find info as a seller here: https://checkout.google.com/sell/

It wouldn't be a payment processor if it wouldn't allow you to receive and send money.
