Why paypal has removed pakistan form its list so that not any one can open any account in paypal via pakistan?

They must have their own reason for it. Probably the risk/reward ratio doesn't make sense accepting Pakistanis.

I believe PayPal does not provide services to several countries who taxes are too high.

PayPal already not providing any service to Pakistan since Five years! in fact i heard that PayPal rendered their service in Pakistan in their initial days back in 2005 or may be earlier! but since then no activity is made for service activation in Pakistan!

There must be an important financial reason behind this, however if you really want you can try to cheat them (ONLY and ONLY if you need their services badly)

Interesting, I didn't think they had support for Pakistan in the first place.

Not only Pakistan. They are not supported other some country like Bangladesh. Even, some country have restriction of send or receive payment.

i think thy dont like To open Service in pakistan

Maybe because a lot of scammers activate in pakistan?
