He's taking a shower!

it's not tame, but it is used to being around humans and getting fed/watered. These kinds of animals pop up around parks and outdoor attractions

Tame tree rat.
I don't like tree rats! They pick on all the timid little red squirrels here in the rural north of England. I like red squirrels (hence avatar).
