If had been a cat then fair enough, but I like dogs.

That's so sad. Like a human mourning or wondering why his friend won't wake up.

please do not post any more images of dead dogs. or dead cats. or dead anything.

I appreciate what you're saying but 1) the dog may not be dead, and 2) I think the real message it portrays needs to be seen by those who might not otherwise see the beauty and intelligence in animals.

I had a dog get hit by a car when I was 16, had his whole hindquarters crushed, yet that dog drug himself a block to where I was working and lay there weakly wagging his tail. We had to put him down but that's something that has stayed with me my whole life.

Animals have feelings too.

I just cant resist animals suffering. Couldn't anybody just go and help it...?

So instead of helping people got out and took photos? Shows how many people actually care.

Considering the overall reaction of the people in the pictures I am guessing it's quite common or something for animals to either be on the road there, or injured/dead on that road so those people are used to seeing it.

Here we'd definitely stop and call the humane society, I've seen and picked up much worse with my bare hands in the past.

What are the chances of two healthy looking dogs ending up in the road anyway? Maybe someone's filming a movie. It's rare to see one loose dog here let alone two.

It'll depend on where you are, some countries its normal to see dogs loose all over the place.

I just hope they get those dog out of the road and bring it to the animal clinic, the dog might be alive.. and if ever I was on that scenario I will pinch him and break his neck he can help those dogs if he wants to.. I really love animals specially dogs and cats, that is why I hate human cruelty..

As a dog lover I agree with you, and as sad as the image is I thought it was great at the same time.

Why people would be mad about it is beyond me, it shows just how smart/loving/loyal a dog can be.
