What's the purpose of this though? Is there certain situations someone would like the color to be exaggerated like this in?

I've heard of them but I am not familiar with them. Are they kinda like Holga...kind of a cult type following usage or what?

How much does something like that cost that you used to take those pictures?

Nice pictures! Lomo gives that high contrast and vivid colors in photos.
