which camera is good for new photographers?

I think Sony cyber shot DSC-HX100V is better for new photographer. I am satisfied to use it and also suggesting you for this Sony product.

First you need to decide whether a simple digital cam or Digital SLR cam. It's not a good idea to go for a cam that has easy feature cause if you buy a cam you will learn it eventually from your experience and mistakes. O and I am also considering buying one. I will suggest you later if I find a good one.
