Which Camera To buy

I planning on buying a DSLR but my budget won't be that good. Considering that which one should I buy

I'm sure that you can find a lot of cool models by Nikon and not expensive ones. But do you want to make really professional photos or just want to take shots just for fun?

No I'm not Professional. Just for occasional events and some small photo contests
