How to protect PHP source code?

Hi!

I am new to php programming and now trying to work on with web application. I am now wondering how will I protect my php source codes from being copied once it is published.

Any helps/ideas are highly appreciated. thanks!

You do not need to protect the code at all as it will not show up on the browser source file, the only thing people see is the HTML code so nothing to worry about.

W3Schools has a tutorial on PHP. You can find it by clicking here.

I don't know of any other websites, but I'm sure a Google search can uncover some. I'm teaching myself PHP from a book.

PHP does not show up in browser source file view. HTML will and even then they won't have access to PHP. PHP is very separate due to the include features.

Thanks for the link Rukbat. I used them several years ago to learn HTML and CSS. I did not know W3Schools was not affiliated with W3C. I'll check into the other resources listed.
