I would like to know the price of site I want you to make.

I will hire someone to do this, but not right now. Right now I would like to know just the price of that site.

I would like site in flash where you have square fields and visitor can add picture to that one square field.

3. I would like cursor like this, maybe, but probably.

I'm no professional, but I can say you're going to need quite a large budget for a full project like this.
