I prefer Php and C#. You haven't added C# there.

I use php, html, css, java, and mysql daily. Your comparing apples and oranges though each has their place in web development.

After learning most of my programming skills via my host's forum.

I must say I am obsessed with PHP. The flexibility and the capability makes it my favorite. I use it in conjunction with HTML of course along with CSS.
MySQL sometimes see the day of light with me and I am still learning the ever-weird Java.
From what I've read on their forums, HTML, CSS, and PHP are must haves.
Hey Budy.I like to work in PHP an HTML. Before it I was working in Visual Basic 6.0. But you know very well today is the Web Development trade. So I switched in this language. I now a days I like to work in PHP most because it prove us more flexibility then other and it is also trust worthy. We also can apply many security techniques in it.
Thanks:

HTML and PHP because they are more relevant for me but PHP is good some time i have to write long coding in html.

The single most important I learned about PHP is the including. It saved me SOOO much trouble.
Each time I edit content, I don't have to recopy the template. I can just include text onto the main ".php" page.
Credit and kudos to my host for teaching me that!
I think PHP is the language of choice for me. With more and more users adopting open source there is and will be a huge requirement of PHP professionals in the future.
i prefer java and C++
I prefer PHP ...
Knowledge of HTML is necessary to deal with web design ...
My desire is to learn c + + because of the development of some applications that I are missing ...

Each programing has different purpose. PHP and HTML used to web programming. Java is not web development program, you should use JSP similar to Java and My SQL is database.
I prefer Java, but for web development I have to learn Php and I don't like it very much.

PHP - almost always. Anything you can do with html can be done with php. PHP allows includes which lets you have one navigation bar, header, etc.that can work on all your pages.

I have a developed a love for HTML5/jQuery at the moment. I feel like it has already replaced flash and will be my favorite language in the very near future. The quality of animations and how simple it is to use is very convincing to me.
I prefer PHP and Java Programming langauge.
i prefer both of them, when we know 1 language, it will be very easy to study the another.
I only do the basics in coding so I must say that I prefer html. This is easier for me to use than the other ones mentioned. Maybe this will change once I decide to move on to other coding languages though.
