Thread: Saving pages with PHP-extension

I use 1stpage 2006. Each time if I have made a page in PHP-code and I want to save it in PHP-extension it turns automatically in a html-extension. What is going wrong or can't 1stpage 2006 support pages in PHP-extension?
I have opened the same page in an other program (Dreamweaver) and with no problems I can save them in a PHP-extension.
Any solutions for using PHP in 1stPage 2006?

Use dreamweaver instead.

Just rename it, or use quotation marks around the filename when you save it:

"myfile.php" instead of myfile.php

It's a Windows thing, not a 1stPage thing. 1stPage was a great free alternative to Dreamweaver in its day, but they left out a few things, like not forcing an extension on your saves.
