Thumbs up for the list of qualities to look for. I find that list very relevant to how successful you will be when reselling from my personal experience.

There are number of resellers in the market now. Try opting for a local reseller with good services and good uptime guarantee.
Find a provider who will give a fully usable deposit with no hidden cost.
