Looks good but what if it doesn't work? Will you give my money back if it doesn't work?

Also, is this even legal? I don't know many hosts who will accept this type of content. Surely my VPS server is more than enough to handle this type of site. (It is a myhosting.com account so it will obviously handle mostly anything)
