I was halfway between cracking up laughing and wanting to slap their english teacher while reading this.

If one is smart enough and savvy, they can fully optimize text for their keywords and still have a natural flow to it.

Just by writing about your niche, your keywords should show up naturally already.

The problem I found with this example was that

1) Made no damn sense at all
2) No Proper Grammar or Punctuation was used
3) Very Poor Spelling
4) Too Many Unrelated Keywords

If you are going to write your keywords within your content, at least keep the similiar ones together, what does auto insurance, have to do with mutual funds and healthcare!
