I use WordTracker form time to time and I like the output.

is it free or commercial ?.... i dont mind paying a fee as long as it add value to what it does

I am still new at this. I don't have software but I go here.

Also I go here googspy(dot)com type in my comp url and see what they are buying for words.

One of the best is "market samurai" has more functions than you need but all are good plus they have full video tutorials and great support. For memory its about $120 a month, its been a long time since I signed up, now the payments are automatic so I never think about it.
