I am still new at this. I don't have software but I go here.

Also I go here googspy(dot)com type in my comp url and see what they are buying for words.

One of the best is "market samurai" has more functions than you need but all are good plus they have full video tutorials and great support. For memory its about $120 a month, its been a long time since I signed up, now the payments are automatic so I never think about it.
Also a recent one is Keyword eye, I was quite surprised with this one, its very cheap, about $6 per month and good. http://www.keywordeye.co.uk
