I agree. Strange and their rankings are way off IMHO. I have talked with them and they claim they are still 'tweaking' but I think they need alot more then tweaking. I hope they can take on google, but as that as a starting point...not sure they'll do it.

I'm wondering why Cuil never give a response on negative report about them.

they already indexed my site , didn't have to submit, i never have....
