Someone who can recommend a good sitemap generator which is freeware and without restrictions in the number of links?

Yeah...doubt your going to find an unlimited one for free other than the google one.

IMO the best one is Create your Google Sitemap Online - XML Sitemaps Generator I bought the unrestricted one for $20 and TBH it's one of the best purchases i've made for my sites, makes it so easy to update the sitemap (although the google one is probably a better idea).

The only way you'd get it running on your machine though is if you set up a local server (think XP Pro has one already, not sure about vista).

It's not free, but you get a fully functional 30 days trial with A1 Sitemap Generator and you can run it from your PC. It is also, unlike many socalled unlimited sitemap generators, capable of scanning very large websites (like 100,000 URLs +)

Hey it's nice tool i normally use this tool for the Google site map generator.

Free XML Sitemap Generator Its online, no registration and I think up to 30 pages.

I do recommend though, building one yourself, or writing a custom script to output the contents of your website. Using pre-made generators are inaccurate, no dbouts.

I use Create your Google Sitemap Online - XML Sitemaps Generator does a good job with a max of 500 pages
