Can anybody describe how Search Engines' indexing work?
when they comes ?
How they collect data?
How they put their on servers?

They simply surf your site, and grab a copy of each page. If your site is popular, they will get a greater percentage of your site indexed.

Good suggestion.. but this not gives clear picture

ok if you have a huge amount of traffic an your waighteg in google is more it will index your pages very soon , my pagees get indexed within 10-15 minitues after ping. so it will depends on popularity of your site that how much your are worthy for google :-) , might your mind is cleared about indexing now.

Search engines have crawlers or spiders, who gather information of your site or page. When crawler or spider visits your site it reads the contents of the site and also follow the hyperlinks of your site pages. All the information, gather by crawler or spider collect in search engine index.

Well Google can index you pages when first time the Google bot index your pages it save it in his data base and updating it when you adding more contents
