Thread: When did you start to receive consistent traffic?

I just wanted to ask: how long did it take for you before your website started to receive consistent traffic on a daily basis?? After how much time of link development, article submission and the works (excl. paid advertising) did it start happening for you??

It's always up and down.

I get the same range of traffic all the time though (between 600 and 800 usually), that took me maybe a month to get (but I already had a good community of people interested in what my website was on before I created it)

Depends on how you gonna work with your site. But of course it takes months.

What do you call consistent traffic on a daily basis?

My main site is seeing 200-300 UV a day but I don't think that is traffic. I would like to see something like 5000 a day. Been working on this site over a year now.

You will just received a constant traffic if you rank in SE's with your target keyword. But of course you need to maintain it by doing SEO process.

it depends on so many different factors, you can be ranked number one in google but if its a very niche term then still not get any traffic or be ranked 10th for a very high traffic term and get several thousand uniques per month.

It depends how hard you are going to work. You should create as many links as possible, blogging and keywords. so in fact SEO tactics. If you work hard enough, you'll get results in a couple of months.

SEO is like gardening, it requires constant work and for long term or your traffic will go down, will decrease if you don't work at it.

For quality and continuous traffic you need a couple of months at least...

I received a constant traffic betwen 70-110 vizit/day, and I have this site for one yer.

once get good position in google SERP then will get some good amount of traffic. But for it need some time and hard work.. For me took more than a year

Frequently it takes one month, so concentrate on your work and keep posting.

When my main keywords start to rank on SERP.. I don't just get traffic, I made sales on my real estate site..

I think you will get traffic consistently or even better if you rank high on top SERP for a high competitive keywords.

There is no stable traffic. Your traffic will determined depending on the community of the website where you post your link.

getting a consistent flow of search engine traffics to your site is similar to a race without end. You get left behind the moment you stop and it keeps getting better as you keep running.

If you are asking this question for you to compare your traffic then you might be doing it wrong, for things that may work for me won't work for you, and also If I tell you that my traffic got stable at a certain date. You might think that it's an appropriate date for you to base.

Would love to have 1000 unique a day. It all depends what you are doing. If you're monetizing via. adsense you'll want a lot of traffic and it will probably be a niche subject. But if you are promoting something through affiliate links you may only need a 100-200 a day to do quite well.

there's no definite amount of traffic that exist to my site, it depends on how i link build my site daily.

For my blog, I never got consistent traffic.
There are days with less traffic than other days and there are also times that I got more than my average traffic per day.
It just depends on what day it is.

But I got a 100+ visits from search engines after I have posted over 100 blog post.
