There are many available on the web but if you are looking for targeted list then i'll prefer followlist.com and dofollowblogs.com they are dofollow blog directories.

yes I have site which have dofollow where you can submit article, add press release, join forum and there approval time is quite good then others sites. Directroylistforseo.com is the url try this once. I have used it.

As for me it is highly difficult to find do-follow sources in the space of the Internet - most of them are do-follow for a week or two and then they become usual web sites which are useless for my SEO practice!
