    I don't really know how this can be a redirection method. I dont get the point. I think redirection must be use if your site is under construction.

    Redirecting old website to new one can be a solution. It transfers the link juice to new website. but it is a slow process.

    Copy the htm code of new website and paste in the old website and change the all links of htm to new website.So whenever user clicks it redirects to new website.Put welcome text as 565.com so next time the user will directly to that website

    301 redirection can be used not only if your site is under construction. I actually don't see the point of redirection if your site is under construction. 301 redirection is commonly used when you made changes for on your domain or URL. It is to pass the traffic that the old URL is still receiving.
