If I redirect a website with 302 redirection to another website . then what is the action of the search engine ( Google) with both site .

302 edirection will tell the search engine that for ome reasons you are temporarilt redirecting your users and search engines to some other page.
As such, 302 redirection has no negative impact on your website.

In present time we use 302 redirect page for getting traffic.

The 302 redirect is a temporary redirection set to the URL. It won't have any adverse effect on both the sites in view of search engines. If you set a 301 permanent redirect then the Google will value your new URL by all means. All the backlinks juice created for 1st url would be redirected to your new URL.

So there's no effect on rankings?

it can help when you are in the process of moving your website from one domain to another for example or when you change the landing page.

No there's not effect on your rankings at all. word of warning, check your hosting service to see if they allow it, most do but for some strange reason some don't.
