webmaster tool is used for website analysis .meta tag analysis ,HTML analysis ,keyword density.H1 and H2 ,content limitation.keyword reaching ,robots txt.and canonization it cover all these area

If you are talking about Google webmaster tools then it is must for each and every webmaster.
Everything is shown under it.
Your keywords,the keyword ranking in Google; back-links to your site as well as traffic sources to your site.
