I know a lot of things things about SEO, But I want to know with crystal clear about some area, If I am doing on page then what is the main factors of choosing keywords for promoting a website, but I think Niches quality keywords is preferable, but I want a view of others?

Traffic. Because keywords are only generate the more traffic to site. you can not get the traffic if you select the keyword wrongly.

First of all keywords selection are very important part.
Check the website and think as a lay man that what you will find for visiting that website? Create a list and check the competition, select some normal competition keywords and some high competition keywords.
Set this keywords on the appropriate page and start link building.

You are on the right path. Quality niche keywords are preferable. Before you choose any keyword for your website, study other pages too.

Don't exceed the character limits i.e. 250

Arrange your keywords properly. from high ranking to low ranking
