I usually use Google actually... select a sample of text from the website under suspicion, paste it into Google between quotation marks and then search. If it has come from somewhere else you will easily find it.

copy the 15 or 20 words from the content and paste it in google with double quotation mark. For example "content". click the search button. You cab find the copyright site if google shows more results. Use DMCA in Google to report the copyright site.

You can check out this website called copyscape, once you sign up (which might involve a small fee) you can just copy/paste the content you want checked and if anything has been copied it will detect it and tell you exactly where it has been taken from.

Check you content sentence by sentence on google. Some writers copy from multiply resources and i my opinion checking it on google is worth as you'll get those resources from where it has been copied, and your writer won't be able to lie as you'll have a solid proof of justifying yourself.

Thumbs up Re: How to check if a content in a website is copied from some others website?

If you want to escape from this problem in future too, get the copyright for your article and content so that if anyone use your content, you can sue on him/her for stealing your content.
