I added fresh content to my site.Will I get benefit in serp of bing or google.The bing seo is quite confusing for me.Now am doing article submission along with forum posting and social tagging.What would be the net result?

Yes fresh content will surely gives you benefit but if it is full of informative, useful and important information than its works as power booster.

Fresh content is always displayed on top for certain keywords. I experienced this lots of times before. The main reason why we say "content is king" because it certainly is.

article links are very beneficial , they will help your website in getting back links as well as ranking. but do not submit a single content in many article sites , try 1 fresh content in 15 article submission only.
