I don't think any software can help to index a website.There is only SE spider which index websites and we need to make our website SE friendly so that we can index our website very easily.Now a days,if you put quality,fresh and unique content on your website then SE index website very fast.

i am using sitemap generator to make XML site maps, after generate sitemap.xml file from our download page and place it into the root directory of website , i use Google webmaster to submit XML file for fast indexing in Google search engine .
