I want to know that after doing keyword research how to choose keyword phrase to make meta title and meta description tags? All experts, Please share your knowledge.

According to me: Choose keywords your website theme related for example: If your website theme shopping then choose keywords: Online Shopping, Online Shopping for (Product name) Online Shopping in ( City Name)
If your site related to flowers then choose: send flowers, online flowers, flowers delivery, send flowers online etc..
It's my opinion for choosing keywords..

I think in this regard Google Keyword Suggestion Tool can help you a lot. There just type your main keyword and it will display you list of keywords and among them some are keyword phrases which you can use in your meta title and description. OR Analyze competitors and see by which keywords the run their business.

Google Adword tool is the best tool. You can analyze your competitors and see by which keyword phrases they run their business.

No need to think more on it.Only place your primary keywords in meta tags and keep care about characters limit.With in characters limit you can place all targeted keyword in meta tags. But no need to exceed characters limit.

I am assuming that you are writing different titles and descriptions for different pages...

A few tips for titles and descriptions,
- Target your primary keywords in titles
- Target your secondary keywords in description
- Make both (title and description relevant to the page)
- Get inspired by your competitors
