How effective is Google's Webmasters tool?

I find it very effective. It is probably my most used tool and is a real help to optimising my website. You can get help with keywords, crawl errors, traffic, sitemaps, linked sites and loads more. I love the feature "Fetch as Googlebot" which makes sure Google is up to date with your site info

As there are various uses of Google webmaster tool but the most important for which I prefer to use is

keyword selection - It helps us to decide which is most valuable keyword for our site.
Link Building- It helps us by showing from which source we getting back links and how much its proves beneficial.
CRO - means conversation rate optimization these is the most important benefits of google webmaster tool.

Google's webmaster tool is of real help. It assists in searching keyword, sitemaps, crawl errors and to check backlinks. Anything related to search engine optimization is handy at webmaster tools. I enjoy it using and it helps a lot.

Google webmaster tool is good to select keywords for the site check the traffic and backlinks of the site.

It provides detailed information about web site's visibility on Google. Including which pages are in the Google index, crawling stats, popular search queries, sites linking. Thus it is very effective and helpful in making SEO strategies also.

it's a great resource as far as keeping up with your backlinks--how many and where exactly they are coming from. i don't expect google to completely honest w this info, but it is great to see what they recognize.

Google's Webmasters tool is very effective, you can find there all information about site indexation and so on. It also helps in keywords research.

I think Webmaster Tool does a lot of things for your website. Finds errors, shows you backlink reports, allows to upload robots.txt, allows to upload sitemaps, shows you keyword impressions etc.

Webmaster tools is good to use, most significant thing why I use it is to check for non-found urls that google wants to crawl (and then put a redirect in my .htaccess file to the correct page). It also gives you great data about websites linking to your site.
