Few things you need to check or analysis what is problem, why you website is losing ranking day by day. First you need to check the numbers of backlinks, if they are decreasing day by day or not. Secondly the website loading speed and check either website is available or not on different countries. Slow loading speed and hosting problems can be issue. I'm also in this situation. But I know what is the main reason.

First I've been to busy working for others instead of working on my blogs. So the important thing is update your site, continue link building and don't ever try to do unethical strategy. Since google panda is very strict these days. We should implement white hat SEO. Link with your related site and most especially focus on creating links on relevant sites like PR3 above.
