I would also like to go with SEOQuake because it comes with so many useful seo feature like showing PR of the site, Indexed pages, alexa rank, Google rank, site age, delious influence, semrush overview. And one most important thing is it is good for keyword research.

For firefox i am using SEO rank checker which is effective in finding the keywords position on google search engine. Similarly it is also effective for yahoo and bing search engine. It name is SEObook rank checker and i think very good plugin to use...
