I am doing job in a company where we only do blog commenting and nothing more and some time forum posting .
I am little bit confuse about the matter
Web site page rank is 3
Alexa is 361008
and page indexes and back links never remain the same they drop or up very speedily
some time website show 19000+ back links in Bing and some time down to 2000

Is it is the matter of only use of one or two techniques ?
