No importance? Nofollow links aren’t that bad
If not a backlinking credit, they do bring you heaps of referral traffic (provided you are participating intelligently in the conversation).

I agree. Even though no-follow links do not provide any Google link juice, they can still send traffic to your website. At the end of the day, that's really what you are looking for.

No follow links have one main importance that is getting traffic from that website. With no follow link you website got the chance to get traffic from that website. Eventually which is main objective of getting do follow links. I think both are beneficial for any website...

For me, backlinks are like veins of my website having their own importance and i can't ignore them if they are with a No-Follow tag. We should always try to get backlinks from relevant source no matter if they are not SEO friendly, such links are very helpful for getting targeted traffic which have enough potential for improving website performance, ranking and hence revenue.

Links are links..so..no follow links drives good traffic but doesn't reflect ranking. Using no follow is a good thing in seo. So why miss them..lets build links.

No follow links are not waste of time but it's useful to generate good traffic, it's true that dofollow links are more important then no follow but that's not mean no follow is not important.
