Does External Linking Is Helpful for us?

I am little confused about external linking. Is this good or not? If yes then please let me know that why we should do that?

External links are outbound links on your webpage hat points to another domain.

External links impact your web rankings in a big way. If you are linking to good reputed websites that improves your reputation in search engine's eye.

additional info, the level of external link different too. if you had one way link then its better than have reciprocal link. if you involve with link farm which is contain group of web that linking with each other then google will penalized you. be careful about your link campaign then you should not be worry about sudden rank drop on search engine

As you could notice external links are the links that said to be the outside links of your domain. This also called as outbound links. Somehow links has a big role to do specially for creating a back links of your site. However there are negative effect it could do to your site, like having a bad neighbor if the link is not properly placed. Worse may come it could penalize your site having this links.

External links are important as they determine where your pages appear in users search results.Links from relevant and high PR sites giver better result.

External links are good but only if the site on which you are linking is highly reputed, relevant to your niche and properly placed on your site. If the amount of external links is very high, then it could create a problem for your site and it may be possible that your site get penalized by Search Engine.

External linking enables the world wide web to put people and websites together. Without external linking there would be no significance of the websites. External links are the links that come from one website to another. When you have your own website it is highly beneficial when others link to your website, then your website link becomes the external link. External linking gives more traffic to your website and enables it to get a higher link popularity with the search engines, and thus the overall ranking of your website improves.
