is this good for seo ?

i dont think so that is the best permalink for you blgo post,, or etc.... you permalink should be readable,, and Google prefer the link to read which are understandable,, or they are static,,, dynamics links are not read by Google..

actually,i use /%postname% for my WP blog.I think its more or less

But many Big sites using .html extension like

http://www.galatta.com/

http://www.indiaglitz.com/channels/malayalam/

http://www.sify.com/movies/

and they are on the top of search.
