why not index pages from my site?

Dear all,
At this time I am facing some problems, if you have solution please suggest it.
my site as example.com has many URL as example.com/fareast/index.aspx, example.com/usa/index.aspx, example.com/europe/index.aspx aproximately 48 url this type, but non of these index at google, yahoo. I haven't added these url in Robots.
Although I added xml sitemap and html sitemap both, also created web masters tools account, fetching all these url through there.
So if any one know how to indexing these pages please help me with detail?

if not indexing your page. check our robots.txt file also create xml site map ... updates your site at least weekly twice....

There is no reason that the pages are not indexed by Google. It depends on how often the spider visits the site.
