Hi All I am newbie here and in this Field. I don't know. Why we follow all SEO techniques according to Google as a Standard Search Engine than to other search Engine.

You are right I Agree, Google has lot of traffic than other search engine.

check this http://www.cooltuts.com/2011/08/cool...op-search.html google market share is min 80% that means other all search engine share rest 20%. some keyword search volume is 1000 than 800 people are searching that in google and rest 200 are searching in others(yahoo, bing, ask, aol....) now you yourself decide which will gie you more benefit

Google is known by most of internet user, you can say it is very popular, through Google we can generate a lot of traffic for our website.

But if We build your website with all the Guide line then We will get the importance in All Search Engine .

I agree that we use the guidelines from Google for SEO of a website. It is because, Google is a major search engine and more than 75% users prefer Google for their search queries and it shows relevant and accurate search result as Google is having the largest database. I am also agreed that we should consider other search engine guidelines too, to get better results in other search engines as well.
