Kindly tell me the name of those forums which is best for the purpose of link building. I am aware about the name of digitalpoint, warriorforum, talk-maina, webicy, kahuki, 9md, webtalkforums etc. but kindly kindly tell me the name of other best forums except these.

Well, basically the link building is effective when the links are build through various relevant sources. The source from where you build backlinks should have high PR and high authority.

webcosmoforums is also a good forum for both purpose - link building and getting knowledge.

There are tons of forums hosted on the web, but this is certainly not a good strategy for link building.
Reason?
What if tomorrow a forum turns into nofollow? So add diversity in your link building strategy. Do participate in forums, but with the intent of contributing in the community.

I agree with M Becky, diversification is the best long term strategy.

Most major forums will end up banning you if they suspect you are only there for the measly links, I've seen it happen and I've done it myself when I was moderator of a few forums.
