what is moderate problem

When i do forum,and after registration some sites display the message. that is moderate
but why, and how remove this problem, please tell me????

Its nothing dear! some sites taking some time to approve you membership, but some of them after checking your username and email_id history (in case of spammer ), they not approve you membership. This process takes some time.

by put you into a moderation site administrator verify that you are reliable or spammer.and you can't remove this problem anyway

There is no problem. The moderator that particular forum disabled some features for general public/ members. Ask moderator to remove that.
