Snoork Directory - Approval Management

I'm looking for an Approval Management worker for my Snoork Directory site. The work is a long term job, so please read the information bellow very carefully. If you will have any questions feel free to contact me.

As an Approval Management of Snoork Directory your job is to approve or disapprove sites that have been listed for approval process. All the sites requesting approval are listed in the email and your job is to copy all the information from the email and paste it in the correct file on the server. You are also responsible for emailing a person if his or her site has been approved or disapproved.

An Approval Management is required to work three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at their own choice of hours. You are responsible for approving or disapproving all the sites in a day that has been received for approval process.

The salary for a starter Approval Management is fifteen dollars a week for working three days a week. A long term Approval management will see an increase in the salary.

Payments will be made at the end of each month and money order will be mailed to your confirmed postal address.

EDIT: Can the payments also be made via PayPal?

Here is a little bit more information how the Approval Management will need to do his or her work.

1. Go the the email and open the message.

2. Copy the information from the email.

3. Paste the site title and the site address in the file.

4. Then you save the file and upload it to the server (20 site links will fit on one file).

5. Then send an email to the person if his or her site was approved (approval and disapproval templates are ready).

I'm sorry, but since PayPal blocked my account I'm not using them anymore.

We will only be able to send money orders currently.

How many hours roughly a week is it? You say 3 days work, but to me that could mean 72 hours, it could mean 3, but more likely somewhere inbetween.

Also seems like a lot of work to get listings up, surely some kind of CMS would be better?

Edit: sorry I won't be able to do it, would only be able to if you could pay via paypal.

The directory is currently growing and each day number of links to approve is growing.

Yesterday, there were 120 links to approve and they are still under approval pending.

For the first couple of weeks it won't take more than 1 hours or 2 hours a day to approve them.

That would be better, but I prefer to have unique content.

You are on my awaiting list for Approval Management, because I'm thinking about coding the automatic script or someone that he could that part.

So if the coding won't work, I will contact you regarding the job.

If you need help with coding it I could give it a go. Extracting data from a database is easy stuff (i'm assuming it's a MYSQL database along with PHP that you use?).

I have decided to approve the site links by myself so far.

But later on when the site will get popular, I will need to hire people to approval management.

So when I will be looking for someone I will post an update in this thread or create a new thread about this.
