I need to find someone to manually enter my site in directories. Or if anyone knows a way that I can enter sites into directories quickly. Any ideas??

Why don;t you purchase a website submitter software?
you can yourself do it easily.

What ones do WTF users use? Any that are cost efficient? Anyone??

i just hire some web designers from india and pay them $1 for every 10 submission. I have them send me a document with proof. once i review i send payment, and i use a email that i made up in gmail specifically used for dir submissions. That way i can do more important things like post stuff on wtf.
