Thread: [WTH]PSD to Coded Website

I am redesigning my website decentbanners.com and it is almost ready.

I am looking for a coder who can code my new design from PSD to HTML. It has order page (with custom order form) and contact page (with contact form).

I will show the screenshot of the new design if it is required to quote the price.

It is a complete website project.

Is the site all static HTML, or is it taking information from a database?
